wambuimukenyi is committed to protecting your privacy. All personal information you provide during registration is used to process your orders or to contact you regarding a particular transaction. We guarantee the information you enter will not be disclosed to any outside organization or third party. We may use your contact information to contact you about new products, features or special promotions. If you do not wish to receive such communications, you may remove yourself from the mailing list by logging into your account and opting out of the mailing list.

Returns & Refunds

Refunds are not allowed; items may be returned for exchange or credit only. All returns must be approved.

Returned items will be given a store credit only, no exceptions. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase simply return the unused item in its original condition within 7 days (within the  Kenya) and within 21 days (outside of the Kenya) of receipt and we will provide you with a store credit, good for 1 year, or exchange.

Items received after the (7 days)  (21days) will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Items received after 30 days will not be accepted. If you received complimentary shipping on your order, a shipping fee will be deducted from the returned credit amount. Please contact us for shipping charges outside of the Kenya

Returns will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.  Returns must be in original condition, with all the original packaging, tickets, hangtags, etc., including the original invoice. wambuimukenyi.com will not accept any item returned with obvious signs of wear or with any of the original tags removed.

Conditions of Use

Upon placing an order, a receipt is automatically mailed confirming the purchase intent. This receipt does not constitute a contract, and we may cancel an order at any time due to insufficient stock, inability to authorize a credit card, suspicion of fraudulent intent, discovery of an incorrect item price, or any other reason as we see fit.

Please further note that Wambuimukenyi.com shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not your credit card has been charged. If your credit card has already been charged and your order is canceled, we shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

Cancellations

Because we make every effort to ship your order as soon as possible, cancellations will only be accepted within 72 hours of placing your order. Please note that we can not guarantee that if you email us within 72 hours that we can cancel your order.

To cancel your order please contact us using the contact form and include your full name and purchase date. Once your order is canceled we will send you a confirmation email.

Deliveries

Within Kenya:

Orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours, weekends and public holidays excluded. Orders placed after 1pm GMT each business day will be processed and dispatched the following business day.

We aim to deliver your items as quickly and efficiently as possible so we have teamed up with EMS  Post Service to guarantee next business day delivery for all capital cities and major metro areas.

International Shipping:

wambuimukenyi happily ships worldwide using ems post services only. All international orders can take between 7–15 business days to be delivered and come with a unique tracking number for your convenience.

How much will postage and handling cost?

Domestic: For all domestic orders we charge a flat rate of Kshs 1000. 

International: For all international orders, your shipping quote will differ depending on which country you are located in and the weight of each item.  Please note: we do not deliver to international PO BOX addresses.

Can I track my item?

Yes you can! Once your item is packed and dispatched you will receive a confirmation email accompanied with a unique tracking code and link.
